Vuma reach
Worst Vuma reach and Vodacom will make you loose your job because of working from home. I contacted Vodacom they said they emailed Vuma to activate my internet 7 days later still nothing yet I payed Vuma doesn't care or have any sence of URGENCY. I chose to upgrade my internet to a different speed only to have no internet and no help from both companies. 10 calls to support many tickets lodged only to be told Vuma was emailed it. Still nothing the whole week.

10 Nov 2025, 12:00Hello service has been activated since on Friday but still no internet it says I have 27 days left but still no internet. I have received like 2 new usernames and same password also been called by Vuma but girl ddnt get internet to be on. Have been using Vuma for months I'm so sad now that I have to work for December I have no internet 😢ðŸ˜.. Its gonna be 2 weeks now since I paid on the 1st of November.
