Vuma prevents existing consumers from seeing price changes

I have a vumatel fibre line, you prevent existing users from seeing competitive fibre prices on your website, by requiring them to enter their identification and home address, and once your system identifies that this is an existing user, it prevents them from seeing any comparative pricing. This is ******* under the consumer protection act. Consumers have a right to change and choose service providers as they please.
