Vuma please do something
New customer willing to hand over the monthly fees for uncapped fiber, but Vuma does not appear to want the business. Our neighbor in the simplex shares a common internal wall and they already have fiber. Fiber connection box is on our property and has cables in it, but cannot get Vuma to come out and do whatever is needed to connect us. Don't have a choice as all the cabling infrastructure in the complex is Vuma. 8 weeks and still waiting. What is the point of advertising and being in a business if you (Vuma) don't want to onboard new customers? And what confidence does this give to existing customers? Why are customers begging to give you money? It should be the other way around.. How do we get noticed so that someone finalizes the sale by onboarding us with a fiber connection?

18 Sept 2023, 11:18I am told the delay was caused by the residential address not being captured (even though the address is supp**** when applying for fiber), which should not have been an issue (ie: if you don't have the address, just phone the client and ask for it) and the FNO (Fiber Network Operator) selected by the client was Openserve and had to be updated to Vuma. That said, Vuma responded quickly to this complaint and completed the installation the following day (the 12th September 2023). As is often the case, it's a matter of getting the right person to take ownership of a task. Thank you Vuma for responding to this complaint and taking corrective action within 24 hours. Now just waiting on the ISP for delivery of the router before I can finally test connectivity.
