Vumatel this is sad that you're perpetuating my problem of not getting me connected for two months now. Last contact you said problem is resolved and I must contact ISP. Why must I contact ISP? When you must connect me.So I've given my details four times to them now already and order numbers were given. 1. You have my address 2. You've got my money 3. My ONT and line is on . Why can't you connect and give password is that so difficult to do for two months now preposterous. If you can't let me know so I can get my money back the ball is in your court since you playing tennis for two months now

02 Jul 2024, 16:30I want my money . I've paid you already and was not connected why you saying order was cancelled due to non payment. You struggling to get me connected every time you got a different story money needs be transferred and blah blah blah. I just need to refunded at this stage
