Vuma *********** people and sop’s

So this is my second complaint on hellopeter with stil no phone call received from vuma or no connection. According to my isp my fibre was cancelled at vuma…how can this be possible? This is ridiculous, not sure how can there be so many *********** people at vuma that have access to switch on and switch of customers as they please and also do it incorrectly. This is realy upsetting. An someone please assist me?
