VUMA pathetic service

The Vumatel call centre must be the most *********** call centre. You hold on for what seems like hours to sort out a query and then eventually your call gets cut ( I suspect the do that on purpose ) - they wont even call you back. Unfortunately they have the infrastructure in our area so you are forced to deal with them
