Vuma Pathetic.. No Service Provided

I have been without wifi since Sunday and I am still awaiting service so it's been 4 days now. Vuma was very quick to sign clients up for Fibre and now we get this ******* service. It's pathetic Vuma is worse than Eskom. At least Eskom gives electricity for some times in the day. Vuma left me without wifi for 4 days and still no technicians has been assigned. People please be ware of this service provider!!!
