Vuma Operators disrespectful and Not helping.

Well. i just want too say what *** service. and teh excuses is bad. I have been trying to get fibre into a complex area and the agent just does not want to help. I have spoken to the Body Corps and they are eager to get fibre in as well. Seems like vumatel really does not want to assist in this matter and they give a damn. I would really like to get this rersolved, is there anyone at Vumatel with a bit of brains and customers loyalty that can help us get fibre installed.!!!
