Vuma only responds here to tell you they're going to respond. Unacceptable but not unexpected

I exhausted all channels within vumatel itself and posted on hello peter after a month of no response/bad attitude/continued lack of service... Don't waste your time. Vuamtel responds to tell you they're going to respond. Thats all. Don't get your hopes up. Just avoid them at all costs if you can.

When you respond to tell me you're going to respond, do you think this resolves the issue? Or do you think that responding within an indefinite period of time also resolves it? or until I stop asking? most companies work with 24-48 hours. its been 6 weeks with you. i am being charged by my ISP, I expect you to pay these invoices. send me account details where I can send theses invoices
