Vuma off yet again !
3 weeks after our road was off for 3 days, because of Vuma's incompetence, our road is off again ! Come on Vuma, we pay for fiber because it is supposed to be reliable !!!!

13 Jun 2023, 11:51This is SO unacceptable!!! Your technicians worked on our side of the street yesterday, and most people came online late afternoon, but I am STILL off !! I saw them working on the other side of the street this morning, and told them I am still off, but "now they are busy on that side, and will attend to me when they can"... What absolute UNACCEPTABLY bad service, you simply do not care, I wish you nothing but the worst !!!! INCOMPETANCE!!!!

This is SO unacceptable!!! Your technicians worked on our side of the street yesterday, and most people came online late afternoon, but I am STILL off !! I saw them working on the other side of the street this morning, and told them I am still off, but "now they are busy on that side, and will attend to me when they can"...
