Vuma not taking responsibility for their mistakes

For 5 days now i have been trying to find answers from Vuma. Every call centre agent gives me a different story over the phone. a faulty fibre box was installed in my house now they refuse to take responsibility and fix the problem. They are quick to send out a technician to install. But cant take responsibility when the mess up. Please stay away from them. Useless company ticket number ***5
