Vuma not connecting people

I app**** for fibre on Tuesday, filled, completed and paid for the package, the next day we got installation at 1 in the afternoon, but they couldn’t complete the installation because the “readings” were too high. Come Thursday, maintenance was supposed to come, they didn’t, the finally showed up on Friday morning, the fixed the reading but now I’m told I can’t use the fibre because Vuma won’t give me a PON and everybody is giving me the run around… I’m writing this Saturday evening.
