Vuma - no service

My service provider logged a call with Vuma, I received a message saying they will contact me shortly because they need access to my premises. Nearly 24 hours later, I am still waiting for that call, not sure go much time shortly is, but to me, 24 hours is not shortly. In fact the last time I received a message from them was 3 months ago and I never received the call, so I am not holding my breath for any service from Vuma as it is non existent!
