Vuma network problem

Hi guys I have a problem with vuma,my router was showing red light with on network,I've send em massage they gave me ticket number,after 2days they come installation team put new cable,red light went off but still no network, from 23 April till today 05 May no help I get,there agent are busy giving me different ticket number,I don't know anymore, please anyone assist where I can lead my complain to.
