Vuma maintanance

I place an order of router with them and they have installed it on Tuesday the 18th of June, the installers told me that the maintenance on my router will be done on the same day but up until today nothing has happened I've tried contacting their internet service provider which webafrica and afrihost but none of them have giving help they say they don't have my information and they don't have Vuma number and i have an email to *** and i got a reply that says my email is blocked.
