Vuma losing connection for days

Our wifi connection has been off since Friday afternoon, it’s Wednesday afternoon now and it’s still now back! The Vumatel customer care can’t even tell when the connection will be approximately back or what is wrong! This happens every other month! Please don’t waste your money and time on Vuma
