Vuma-less Vumatel

<p>We contacted Vumatel to be our fiber provider. The initial date the fiber was suppouse to be up and running was the 8 July.Needless to say we then had to endure a lot of stories and exuses for weeks on end.We followed up every week and promisis were made but never materialised,they never phoned back to tell us what was happening we were always in the dark during the entire proses.There are a lot of *********** teams at Vumatel.To conclude I would rate the overall experience of Vumatel as pathetic and even rate Telkom higher than Vumatel.</p>
