Vuma lack of customer service. Disgusted is putting it mildly!!!!!

Disgusted beyond!!!!!!!The service received is appalling , call logged on Monday and still pending with no communication. Isn't it amazing how the bill has already been received yet no service provided. The lack of communication means that your customers are not your priority you fail to realise that our business makes you a success. Some feedback would be appreciated!!!!
