Vuma is Useless

I have been without Fibre Since Saturday 2am.

I have called in plenty of times and asked nicely for the guys to come out... And just splice again as a temp fix as there is an issue with the line.

Till date I have not had any feedback from Vuma. Afrihost is trying to get me sorted out but Vuma is absolutely useless.

I am not paying for this ***
