VUMA IS THE WORST FIBRE PROVIDER
WORST SERVICE EVER! Order placed on 29 Aug for fibre installation. Then no feedback, first i tried through afrihost, then web africa. first they could not find my address. when i kept following up daily i was told its been escalated but ZERO action. till today ... NOTHING! THERE ARE NO WORDS. tHEY CAN BE REACHED DIRECTLY

21 Sept 2022, 16:04i know the status of my order dear - i had to place it again from scratch after waiting more than 1 month. 1st order with Afrihost 17 Aug #VC-***. then i followed up on 22 Aug at which point they confirmed my address ref ISP-854514. THEN 25 Aug i followed up and was told that my order was being scheduled. 26Aug same follow-up and by 29 Aug i told Afrihost to cancel and i started from scratch with Web Africa. New order #***. continued to follow-up on 5 Sep MPT-44726 , then again 6 Sep ***, then again 9 Sep ***. Till yesterday when i placed another order
