VUMA IS THE WORST!!!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable service from Vumatel! My WiFi has been down since the 8th, and SADV refuses to refund me for the weeks I’ve had ZERO service. To make things worse, today I get a message from Webafrica saying I’m their “new customer” — who gave them my details? This is a direct violation of POPIA.

I’ve sent DMs and you don’t bother to respond. This is reckless, negligent and shows zero respect for your customers’ personal information.

Retract my details from Webafrica immediately, stop sharing my private information without my consent, and refund me my money. If this is not sorted out urgently, I will be taking this further with ICASA.
