Vuma is the worst

I have been logging a call for the past 5 days with no assistance the techichian who was supposed to come called that he is on his way but never pitched when I called him he told me he had knocked off and his can't help told me their coordinator will send someone but they still havent I'm so upset that I need to pay for a service that i did not even use this is appauling honestly
