Vuma is the worse Fibre provider ever
Good day, I have been struggling now exactly 26 days to get my fibre up and running through the monopoly business called vumatel. I have fire since 2017 and moved over to a new ISP on 1 Dec 2024 with the existing infrastructure and to my surprise Vumatel fail to locate or map my address. How is that even possible? service from 2017 with same equipment at the same address cannot be located at the same address ? that is professional incompetence.

26 Dec 2024, 14:04So VumaTel came out today @ 10h00 . the technician literally just looked at the box and said there was nothing wrong it is a configuration issue and the signal will be back by 11h00 today as he "sms the office " till now there is absolutely nothing happening. Vuma is the most useless fibre provider and something must be done as they monopolise most areas

Yesterday VumaTel confirmed that they send me a message or deal with the matter privately. Directly after that i received an email that the activation has been concluded and i should have wifi now . Guess what ! all lies lies lies. Vuma never contacted me and on day 28 my wifi is still not active . This is the most useless monopoly . the should get competition in this area.
