Vuma is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was an accident 2 weeks back where a driver hit the pole which resulted in the wires being on the ground and later cut off last Friday 18 March 2022. I called my ISP Home - Connect on Friday at 10 am notifying that I am disconnected and it seems the wires I failed to report got cut off. A ticket was logged and can I tell you, the Vuma Bright link team was outside my gate the following day at 8 AM not only to check out the issue but to Get a new pole and re-wire again which took them the whole day. 3 poles were down! I was reconnected by 6 pm which for me was a big deal and that's what stood out for me. The turnaround time was amazing. I was expecting the team to be sent out after a long weekend but to my surprise, i received a call back the following day and pay the end of the day, Imraan and his team ensured I have full connection
