Vuma is ripping people off!!!!!

Vuma is ripping people off and blaming ISP's. I am subscribed to Mweb under Vuma reach. I have a problem with billing I didn't pay November which should be a problem because it a pre paid service. I then paid my account on the 14th of December and all was fine until the 27th when I was disconnected. They wanted to charge me the full amount even though I was connected for 13 Days. I did contact Vuma and I was told to contact Mweb they meant to charge me pro rata not the full amount. I just spoke to Mweb and they told me that Vuma does not charge pro rata, they always charge the full amount. This I the second time this happens to me and I am not having it. I want my services connected for the remaining 17 days I am owed. You are using people as cash ***s, you say R399 for 30 days. it should be 30days then. And you agents have an attitude when dealing with customers. Alot of people are complaining about this and its seems they are not heard. Reconnect my services!!!!!
