VUMA IS GREEDY AND WON'T DELIVER THE SERVICES

The service they provide or should I say (don't provide) is terrible!! I ordered fibre via Vodacom in May, a week after I received my fibre just waiting to be connected with Vuma technicians to come and install, I finally received a date from voda which was June 23rd @14:30. They didn't show up let alone call to say they won't show up!! I call Vuma and they tell us that they are doing maintenance in our area and won't be installing. Since then I've been talking to their twitter support which is also useless, everytime you complain they request the order number but will never come back to you with the explanation of why and when they will come and install!! Bare in mind people are working virtually or finding employment virtually in this difficult time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS ON ORDERS ON ORDERS BUT DONT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DELIVER!!! THEY ARE GREEDY
