Vuma is garbage
I have been waiting THREE WEEKS for installation from Vuma. I work from home and at this point I can’t wait any longer. Afrihost has already sent the router over a week ago. I cannot understand what is taking so long!!!

Please contact Mariaan de Beer at Thompson and Nienaber *** / ***.
However, I did speak with her before ordering the fibre and according to her because consensus was not reached among all residents of the complex, I could go ahead with fibre installation at our unit alone.
The fibre installation point is right outside our unit's wall.
Please escalate the matter as I do require internet as a matter of urgency.
