Vuma is expensive
My question is why are we paying so much, for a service that we aren't getting? For the price of a 10Mbps up and down line speed with vuma, we could be saving and actually have a higher lne speed. For example with frogfoot we can have a 30 mbps up and down for R665. Openserve 25 mbps up and down we could be paying R597! So why are we paying so much!!! their service isn't really good it took vumatel 4 months just to come down and install fibre. I feel like we need answers for this.

Our strategy and goal is to roll out and connect as many South Africans as possible, as quickly as possible, to meet needs where connectivity has become critical. This, while other FNOs might have not rolled out as many homes. Building sustainable infrastructure and a future-proofed network requires significant investment. The 10/10 and 20/20 packages offer a significantly better connectivity experience. Please note that retail prices, cost to the end user, are set by the ISP.
Kind Regards
The Vuma Team
