VUMA IS A ****

There is a Sales lady by the name of Khosi from Mdeni Soweto, shes very unprofessional, rude, she does not understand any of the customer service principles at all, we had a problem with connection coz their wifi only worked for two days after installation, we called their call center to no avail, theyv put us on hold for an hour at the end no solution, instead they swnt us from pillar to post, waisting our time and airtime....and nobody seems to know how to solve the issue now and we have paid for a full month for a service we have not received cz their router is just installed in our home but it only worked two days, and they are not willing to come and fix it. Khosi lady even blocked us from enquiring from her, since shes the one who recruited us to sign up for this NONSENSE!!! VUMA IS A **** GUYS DONT DARE INSTALL IT!!!
