vuma is a ****
vuma is a ****, i have 1000/250mbps fibre line with them, they dont even provide half the speed, they constantly claim my speedtest results shows the speed i paid for, but nowhere else, any gaming platform cant download with 1000mbps infact doesnt even go over 300mbps regardless having south african servers or not, they all clueless about what they are talking about and always throwing excuses when they cant resolve speed issue, bunch of useless workers

11 Oct 2024, 15:10it has been investigated previously several times, you guys keep asking for speedtest results which vuma manipulating speedtest to show 1gbps but actually not 1gbps. but any other platform when it comes to download is underperforming. and none of you have a clue for why or how to sort it and keep giving excuses about other platforms servers
