Vuma double debited my account, I have been promised to be refunded and sent a proof of payment for 3 weeks now. I have received pathetic service from their agent Lesedi Molopyane who has been lying to me that my refund has been processed and he is very rude and unfriendly. The whatsapp number cancels the chat everytime I mention a refund.
