Vuma internet is the worst , no internet since from Monday midnight , call centre agents cannot root your call to the correct department , spoke to Sophia Ouma ,she is clues less and very rude , I asked to speak to the manager she refused , asked her to find out from technicians for the turn around time , she could not assist , want to cancel and get my refund , we are 5 days into the month with no internet , how does Vuma operate … my reference number is ***6 , that’s if she gave the correct reference
