VUMA!!! I have never had such bad a bad experience with anything in my life!!!

So i ordered my Fibre on the 9th November 2018 I was told it would take 3 weeks to be installed had absolutely no feedback from Vumatel when they would be installing. Then I get a call Monday 3rd December they are outside my house... BUT they had not sent me an email confirming did not call me at all. I then scheduled for the next day the 4th December I called on the 4th in the morning to confirm they would come through.... GUESS WHAT they said they have no record of the call and nothing was scheduled for that day.. I gave the number that called me and they advised it is Vumatel that called but nothing was scheduled when I spoke to them personally on the phone. They then came to the house the next day to install and said there is no box, they did nothing inside the house to atleast start on the work. I got an email confirmation from Vumatel confirming my installation for today which I accepted but on the schedule requested it indicated 12:00AM .this is when i lost it becasuse I emailed them on Friday stating that the time is incorrect and I got no response. I called at 12:30 today and they didnt even pitch up. When I called them to find out what is going on, they said they didnt send any confirmation it was a self made appointment which is absolute ******* I have the email from Vumatel to confirm my appointment and then they blame it on me that I did a self made appointment and they didnt schedule anything on their side...

How can you be this unproffessional and balme your clients for your guys mess ups and then constantly every week make excuses!!!!!!!!!!! Its been over a month now with no assistance from Vuma, my ISP has been very helpful but Vuma i would never recommend to anyone from the experience I have had!!!!

I work in the industry and I have never in my life had this lack of professionalism This is utter *******!!!! And when i log a complain the fact you dont even respond!!! WOW guys this is the worst! Vumatel reference: ISP-51672

Good Day Im literally about to blow a fuse. Your center called me saying the guys were outside my house without arranging with me no email no phone call so that I can arrange accordingly. Then my helper lets them in, again they there for 5 minutes!!!! They did the exact same thing last week when they came and said the exact same thing that they need another box installed.... WHAT THE HELL!!!! They knew that another box needed to be installed last week and now they making the same flippen exacuse!! How is that possible!!! I actually cant believe this ive never had such a bad experience in my life and you were highly recommended to me by people i work with. This better get resolved now! I cant believe this *****nse
