Vuma Heroes are Zeroes!
I logged a complaint yesterday to which Vumatel proudly said that one of their "Vuma Hero" will make contact with me - yet no one has called me and neither has my problem been attended to - sounds like Vumatel is avoiding the issue - You do not have heroes, only zeroes

01 Feb 2019, 11:43Thanks - WiFIbre has informed me that there is an issue on the Vumatel portal and they are unable to see the order on the portal to be able to accept it - can I expect something to work at Vumatel?
