Vuma-hell

Vumatel is the worst! They have outsourced their functions to other contractors specifically one called Bright Light who clearly don’t care or are ***********. I have had no internet for 3 days. My ISP says the issue is on Vumatels side. The Vumatel technicians are visible in my area at various residences in my street but have not attended to my ticket. When I asked a technician if he could look at my connection I was told I am not on the list despite me showing him proof of my ticket and he refused to help me. I later found out from my ISP that on Vumatels side they noted the address wrong and my house was in fact not on the list at all! When the work was still done by Vuma I had no complaints and issues were sorted out on the same day ahead of turnaround times, they were identifiable and very knowledgeable but clearly the end user doesn’t matter and client service has gone out the window. Atrocious.
