Vuma has the worst agents

My mom wanted wifi and got a lady named Precious to assist her with getting the wifi they exchanged numbers and even gave her an alternative number, my mom paid the amount that was required on Sunday 23 June and she was told by the agent that they will call her on Monday to come and install ..They called but my mom missed a call cause she was in a meeting thinking she they will call back or she will call them back but they didn't, later that day when she called the lady to find out what we are supposed to do cause she missed their call and they didn't arrive to install it which she takes full accountability for the whole mix up ...but the why that agent was swearing 🤬 ,basically saying how stupid my mom was for missing that call and she hates working with people like that and there's nothing she can do then dropped the call without letting her know what she's supposed to do to fix this whole thing..

I don't have a problem with Vuma but their agents are so rude ,they have the worst customer service the are ways to talk to a potential client and that is not it.
