vuma has bad service

I have been offline for 5 days, every time I call their call center i need to hold on the line for an hour or more, they technical support doesn't have a direct line, the number *** is a sales department and you would be transferred to tech, i spoke to Candice from sales who was not helpful and refused to give me her surname and insisted that somebody would call me and i never received a call
