I contacted Smakaleng on Friday of the 25/07/2025,She assisted me to sign up and sent a link for me to pay for my subscription through Capitec App. I paid the very same day and i was told that the installment will be done on Monday of the 28/07/2025.

The installation was scheduled at 10:30am, The technicians only arrived at 13:27pm.

I was never called or informed on the delay, when they arrived they told me that they will only come again after 7 days for installations.

At this stage, I had called customer services with no assistance. The level of unprofessionalism of this company deserves an award, incompetence's from agents, technicians to the Call Centre.

At this stage I want to reverse the transaction, 0/10 Service
