Vuma fibre install disaster.
The most frusting process to get fibre installed in our complex.
We are literally surrounded on all side by Vuma fibre infrastructure. Somehow though we are pawned off to an incompetant 3rd party installer (who deservers their own review).
We have passed the required minimum quota for interest in fibre yet, it has taken months and still nothing. (Between 6-8 months I have lost track) We were officially approved in December and were asked for grace until Jan to account for the end of holidays - we agreed and were promised January, the first week to be exact.).
We have no choice but to use Vuma, due to aforementioned fact we are surrounding by this infrastructure.
Please for heavens sake get better 3rd party installers. How challenging an installation could this be...
I am so angry and so dissapointed.
Be better...
This is just the most unimaginably frustrating and helpless situation. You would think that a company would want an entire complex worth of business.
If there are any recommendations from anyone about how to escalate this or get a different service provider I would appreciate. This is and continues to be a very painful experience.
