Vuma fiber

I am so disappointed to Vuma I have paid for my package and was not installed and i was told it's been installed in the wrong house, yet I am paying for it, Total *****! they told me they are resolving the issue it's been 2 weeks already. No reply or update and they can't help me to cancel.
