Vuma failing its customers

I've been checking news sources to find out whats happening with Vuma. Vuma needs over R10 Billion to upgrade there infrastructure and had a deal on the table with Vodacom for R13.2 Billion and 40% percent shares. Vuma was about to accept the offer but was blocked by the Competition Comission citing it would be unfair towards smaller companies they would have a monopoly. Vuma is currently over R340 million in dept and Im beginning to suspect they have paid the ISP Fly.cool and now the customer has to suffer but Vuma is responsible for this and is now directing disgruntled customers to Fly.cool and now refusing to take responsibility. I just want to get out this contract with these 2 companies so I can make use off a company with a better track record and after sales service. Whats really surprising is the lack of media coverage on this pathetic service after taking peoples money upfront and the suffering of the customers. For me the only options out of this mess now is the Public Protector or legal action.
