Vuma empty promises
Vuma tells us there is a problem with fiber connection we need to pay R 2000 then they will send technition. R 2000 paid still no technition.

13 Dec 2024, 20:13Good day please note reference number imagine 671904. Vumatel ref number ***6. Promised problem will be resolved today. Problem was 10 m from our box on Tuesday. Now it seems 50 m from our box ( technition was here 15 min ago). If the problem was not on our side I want a refund. This is honestly an unnecessary expense from my side
