Vuma doesnt care about lower income areas

We have been without Wifi connection for a week now.If I were to were to not pay for a week,I would not have cover for a week.Now it is not an issue..when the problem is from their side.I want to be reimbursed for this time that I have to buy data while paying R499 for internet,that I dont have any benefit of.If it were in plumstead or a prominent area the issue would be resolved in no time.This is really frustrating and I really feel like canceling my subscription to vuma. I have been on the helpline every day and night..sometimes until after 3pm because I am on hold for hours and hours on end.
