Vuma discriminate

I have to express my utter disappointment with Vuma. It seems like Vuma discriminate who they want to deliver a service to. I have spend endless hours last year getting neighbours signatures and sending emails to Vuma just draw cables from the main fibre pole to our units. After all of this begging I eventually just gave up. Now one of the neighbours who has a relative working for Vuma got her request done in days and to top it all she lives in a staggered block of flats whereas I don't. Now all I am left with is to wonder if we to need relatives working for Vuma so that we can get favour?
