Vuma damaged our dstv decoder
I heard a bad experience with vumatel ,they came to install wifi aty place and left our dstv decoder not working,,we now can't watch tv,and not getting assistant from Vuma

04 Dec 2024, 16:24I emailed what vumatel asked for ,still no help,its now second week we still can't watch tv because of their technians who came to install wifi and left our decoder not working while connecting their wifi,can they refund us so we can fix their problem,I'm not happy with the way they treat customers

04 Dec 2024, 16:29We regret why we called vuma for their services,not knowing we are calling problems,all what we want is Vuma to send back their technicians to come and fix. What they damaged,but clearly vuma doesn't care
