Vuma core vs Reach,
I am a Vuma reach subscriber since day 1. I am lucky to be on the highest package available. The main use of internet goes to online gaming. My problem is with the contention ratios. Currently I am paying more or less the same as a vume core client, but receiving a poorer service. Please help me understand, paying the same as core but gets a sub par service. The other issues, you can't upgrade your speed either, why? Its clear that Vumatel took aoafe out of Multichoice's book, high price, poor quality.

03 Jun 2026, 12:14I have been gaming on reach and had no issues. This all started after they did a migration a few weeks ago. What I dont get is why you cant upgrade. That is also a major issue. Regardless if reach is an inferior product, why the same price as core, but they get the better service?
