A vuma consultant has s contacted me this afternoon to be honestly i am not happy about the level of incompetence the gent told me they can't trace the person or agent who rob me i was told his fone is off and unfortunately there's nothing they can do instead they want me to cancel my current subscription and get a new one and pay 400 on top of the one i was **********ly robed please do better this agent who contacted me works for vuma how did he access my account if he did not work there i need solution i am not going to pay any cent extra and i need my services to be activated

i logged a complain about one of your employers even today no one has assisted im reporting again to hello Peter i want feedback or my money back this person works for you till now you can't assist me i don't have Vuma connections i need this wifi for school my 400 rand went down the drain i have his phone his contact number and even his account but still no joy can someone please solve this
