Vuma **** company with **** worker's
Disappointed is a under statement I've been contacting Vuma since early hours of the morning about my WiFi not having internet access after I paid my hard earned money for a service that's not working, calls and that Whatsapp ****, no response, all I want now it's my money back refund and I'll get another Wi-Fi maybe they think they're the only WiFi in south Africa.

07 Oct 2025, 19:14I am greatly disappointed in vumatel after making a payment on the second of October you guys decide to cut my services on the 6th of October we have called you guys you guys are giving us the run around you giving us to go call sadv, we have contacted sadv they told us that no vuma are the ones that supposed to give us that that service when we joined we didn't join with sadv with join with vuma now view my sending us to vumatel it's been 2 days now is in contacted us sadv hasn contacted us back, if you can provide the service please let us know create us our money refund then we can go to another service provider that won't give us that run around they won't give us any Hustle.
