Vuma bad service

I have had an internet connection issue since last week and it’s been a whole week of no internet and non stop calls between Vuma and Vox. Each time I speak to someone, each team says this a Vuma issue and Vox says this is a Vuma issue. I have had requested management to give me a call to get this resolved and nothing has been done. Technicians came to “resolve” this issue Saturday night(how do you pitch up to a customers house on a Saturday night firstly). The two gentlemen worked for almost 2 hours and it worked for 15mins after they left and stopped working. I was told someone will come out on Sunday afternoon. I rushed home and no one came. I also keep receiving emails stating the ticket has been resolved when it has not been.

I find this service really terrible. I have been a customer with both for a very long time and each time the service gets worse and worse.
