Vuma Bad Service
For the past months i have been having a problem with Vuma ,every month vuma wifi works for only 2 weeks and i have to pay a full amount on my instalment date ,also if you a problem you dont anywhere you call to be assisted they only have a whatsapp robot that takes even a day to answer .Vuma has bad service its too much

21 Nov 2023, 21:09Why would i be complaining if my services has expired i have proof of chats and bank statement showing my payment this month .The reference no above was given to me when my wifi wasnt working for 2 weeks and no discount after all that its like even now i payed for services that were not rendered to me .Please agree with me vumatel is the worst i didnt watch the rugby world cup because my wifi was not working as i use a smart tv .
